Performance of Sony VAIO V505
The summary of the product :
The Sony VAIO V505 come with the cool case design, long battery life, lots of ports and slots, integrated 802.11b/g wireless; built-in DVD-RW drive, Pentium M-1.4GHz of processor, 512 MB DDR SDRAM and 12.1 in TFT active matrix display.
The Performance :
The result from the CNET Labs' small test group is the Sony VAIO V505 finished second in mobile performance. The computer laptop's scored 17 percent higher than the Toshiba Satellite M30-M35 Unfortunately, Sony's own CPU throttling allowed the Dell Inspiron 500m to best the Sony by 10 percent. The Sony VAIO V505's score of 124 in MobileMark is about 14 percent lower than the average score we've seen from Pentium M-1.4GHz-based systems in the past, which means that mobile performance is not the Sony's strongest suit.
The review :
Although the mobile performance is not in the Sony's strongest suit but the VAIO is not that bad for the average user. It won't be that good to the programmer, and the designer who will use the big capacity of RAM memory when they are using the software for the the daily job.

One of the Best Antivirus : NOD32
Today,I want to make the software review on the antivirus product. Based on my past experienced, I mean using the norton, avg, pc-cilin and many other antivirus I was never at this satisfy for any good antivirus.
One of the best antivirus product is NOD32. You could download this software from many places like freedownload. Based on the experienced using this software, I always could detect the melware, worms, viruses and trojan. I could clean up my computer laptop very easy. In addition, the size is small and won't effect on your RAM and take such space from your hard drive.

The Free Version of Winzip
Many of us love to use Winzip to extract the files but there is one problem with it. We used to ask to download the software free trial version. The worst part is the trial version will end soon and we can't use any other version if the trial session is ended up and seems to be we have to buy the sofware. If we want the software to be extended, we have to make some system restore in our pc or laptops. That's horrible because some of the software that we installed in the previous might be lost.
Thus, I did find the solution for this problem. When I was in the university, my campus gave us the free software. Well, it's good to be true. :) So, what I found was the free version of Winzip!!!
That's mean what you guys have to do is find the free version of winzip. Let me tell you this, the free version is Winzip 8.0. Since I used this winzip software, I never ever have to download any other version or buy the software. The usability of this free version is extremely good. Cheers for all!!

Flash MX 2004 vs Flash 8
For those who are working with flash, we must be very familiar with the software, from the flash 5 till the latest version of flash 8. Every single of the software version has their own pro and cons. Hence, I would like to share my experience on the flash software for the software review in this blog.
In this review I do point on flash MX 2004 vs Flash 8. For overall, there are some pro and cons on them. One of the pro of the flash 8 is we could dress up the text with some Filter feature effect like shadow and blur. But there is one problem with the software. Since I used to work with some videos to embed in the files, i can't import the movie files directly just like I did with the flash 8 software.
In order for me to import the video I do to install some additional software ( DirectShow ( and QuickTime 6.5 or higher). It's really fussy and for me I try my best to avoid the QuickTime because I did crash by ravmon for installing the QuickTime.
Thus, I do recommend on the Flash Mx 2004 for the best flash software! I hope this article will help a lot on the newbie who are about to choose which of the best version of flash software.

QuickTime come along with the ravmon
As I mentioned in the last post, I did notice some reports on the iPod that came along with the ravmon but I never expect that the QuickTime video player came along with ravmon too!!
I had some movies that need the QuickTime to get in my computer. So, I just installed it.
For the first time, it went sweet and smooth as nut. But, after some while I noticed something wrong to my laptop!. It slow down and many files were corrupted. I tried to remove it with some antivirus but I went deadlock! I didn't know what to do, so I just surf to the internet and tried to find the solution.
In my findings there were lot of reports on the ravmon and I knew where the source was. It was my QuickTime video player!! So stay away from QuickTime software and as an alternative use VLC media! It contains no virus and bugs. For those who get the ravmon and tried to remove it, I gave you the solution. Find it out in the step by step tutorial. I gave the complete steps for it!! Cheers.

Product Review : New iPod brings Ravmon
The magazines and some discussion board did claim that Apple product, new iPod brings a virus called ravmon.exe. It will happen only on Windows. Based on the report Apple claims less 1% of the products come along with the virus. Apple also confirmed that all iPod shuffle, iPod nano, and Mac OS X are not affected, only the aforementioned new iPod video (comes in the 30gb and the 80gb). But all iPod videos shipping now are virus free. There is a statement said
"As you might imagine, we are upset at Windows for not being more hardy against such viruses, and even more upset with ourselves for not catching it."
I think this is such an irresponsible statement. Blaming the others for what they just did by their own and for sure their own contract factories that run the computers on Windows platfrom. Based on my experienced, ravmon is not that easy to be cleaned by using an antivirus itself. It also damage the files and duplicating itself like crazy in my computer.I'll give my software review that relates to ravmon in the next post.
